Plantain removal Roam hill for radish/mustard French broom removal on the North Slope Seed collection

  • NAP Staff sprays fennel, invasive pea, pampas grass and poison oak where necessary

SEPTEMBER 27

Plantain removal Roam hill for invasive pea, fennel, radish/mustard and French broom Trail maintenance – shovel loose soil off stairs, cut back vegetation on trails

Nap Staff sprays 2 plantain test plots (according to appropriate timing and weather)

OCTOBER 25

Roam hill for invasive pea, fennel, radish/mustard and French broom Trail maintenance- shovel loose soil off stairs, cut back vegetation on trails

Directions for Nursery

Park: Golden Gate Park- Nursery Meeting Area: Front Gate Directions by car: From 101 exit Duboce Ave./Mission St. exit. Turn slight left to take Duboce Ave. Ramp becomes Duboce Ave. Turn slight left onto Market St. Turn right onto 17th St. Turn right onto Stanyan St. Turn left on Lincoln Way. Turn ight on 9th Ave. and immediate right on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive (MLK). Park on MLK near the tennis courts. Nursery is located at 100 Martin Luther King Dr. From 280 take 101 north and follow the above directions. Directions by bus/walking: Take the #71 to Frederick St. and Arguello Blvd. Follow Arguello Blvd. into the park. Turn onto Martin Luther King Drive. Nursery is located at 100 Martin Luther King Dr. OR- Take the N Judah to Irving and 2nd Avenue. Walk east on Irving St. Turn north on Arguello Blvd. Follow Arguello Blvd. into the park. Turn on Martin Luther King Drive. Nursery is located at 100 MLK Drive.
