From another perceptive Mt D visitor:
- Olive-sided Flycatcher
- Cassin’s Vireo – singing
- Warbling Vireo – singing a rather slow, melodic song for this species
- Black-throated Gray Warbler – 4 or more males, at least 3 singing
- Wilson’s Warbler – 5 or more, most singing
- Black-headed Grosbeak – singing
- Lazuli Bunting – male
- Bullock’s Oriole – chattering
- Vaux’s Swift over the peak
